Note 9 Employee Benefit Plan

 

The Company’s parent LiveOne sponsors a 401(k) plan (the “401(k) Plan”) covering all of the Company’s employees. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan the first day of the calendar month following their date of hire. The Company may make discretionary matching contributions to the 401(k) Plan on behalf of its employees up to a maximum of 100% of the participant’s elective deferral up to a maximum of 5% of the employees’ annual compensation. The Company’s matching contributions were not material to the financial statements for the years ended March 31, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
