Gilat Receives $43 Million of Additional Sidewinder ESA

Orders from Leading In-flight Connectivity Service Provider

Orders support continued growth in Gilat’s mobility business and validate

Sidewinder’s role in next-generation multi-orbit IFC architectures

Petach Tikva, Israel, June 29, 2026 - Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: GILT, TASE: GILT), a worldwide leader in satellite networking technology, solutions, and services, today announced it has received additional orders of $43 million from a major in-flight connectivity service provider for its Sidewinder electronically steered antenna (ESA) terminals. Deliveries are planned over the next 18 months in both line-fit and retrofit configurations.

The awards reflect continued demand for low-profile, high-performance connectivity systems designed to meet airline requirements for superior user experience, reliability, scalability, and global coverage. They further demonstrate the growing shift by satellite operators to antennas that can fully leverage advanced multi-orbit network architectures.

“These significant orders reflect the continued evolution of IFC networks toward high-performance, scalable, multi-orbit architectures,” said Mike Pigott, President of Gilat Stellar Blu. “Sidewinder was designed for this environment, enabling service providers to deliver reliable, high-quality connectivity across diverse routes and increasingly complex network requirements.”

Sidewinder ESA supports operation across multiple satellite constellations, enabling more efficient use of available capacity while maintaining stable, high-throughput connectivity for airline passengers worldwide.
