The Annual Report on Form 18-K of Japan Bank for International Cooperation (“JBIC”), filed on August 4, 2025 (the “Annual Report”), as amended by Amendment No. 1, Amendment No. 2 and this Amendment No. 3, is intended to be incorporated by reference into Registration Statement No. 333-250107 (the “Registration Statement”) of the Registrant and Japan filed on November 16, 2020 and amended on December 23, 2020.

In connection with the offer, issuance and sale by JBIC of $1,500,000,000 4.625% Guaranteed Bonds Due July 2, 2036 (the “Securities”), JBIC hereby files Amendment No. 3 to the Annual Report.
