| EBP, Plan Termination | PLAN TERMINATIONThe Company has not expressed any intent to terminate the Plan. If the Plan was terminated, the termination would be subject to provisions set forth by ERISA, and the net assets of the Plan would be allocated among the participants and the beneficiaries of the Plan in the order provided for by ERISA. In the event of Plan termination, participants would become fully vested in their employer service contributions and earnings thereon. |
