PLAN TERMINATION
PLAN TERMINATION	NOTE F – PLAN TERMINATION The Company expects to continue the Plan indefinitely but has the right to amend or terminate the Plan as necessary. If the Plan were to be terminated, plan participants would become fully vested in their account balances and all assets of the Plan would be distributed to the individual participants based upon their individual account balances at the date of termination.

The entire disclosure for terminating employee stock purchase, saving, or similar plan (employee benefit plan (EBP)), including, but not limited to, plan under which participant no longer accrues benefit but remains in existence to pay already accrued benefit.
