ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS	NOTE 1 – ORGANIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS GOLDENWELL BIOTECH INC. (the “Company”) was incorporated in the State of Nevada on August 20, 2019. The company address is 7316 Capilano Dr. Solon, Ohio 44139. The Company is in the development stage whose purpose is R&D, production and sales health cares and supplements products.
