On June 7, 2021, the Company purchased inventory of $103,125 from Australian Trefoil Heath Technology, which is owned by Li, Yang, the Treasurer of the Company. The treasurer also owns 1,000,000 shares of the Company. This transaction is a related party transaction. On December 21, 2022, the Company borrowed a long-term loan from Shuang Liu, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. On March 16, 2023, the Company borrowed a long-term loan from Shuang Liu. On July 17, 2023, the Company borrowed a long-term loan from Shuang Liu. On November 1 and November 14, 2023, the Company borrowed a long-term loan from Shuang Liu. The amount of loans from the related party was totaled $95,599 as of March 31, 2025. |
