| Plan Termination | Plan Termination Although it has not expressed any intent to do so, the Plan Administrator has the right under the Plan to discontinue contributions at any time and terminate the Plan subject to the provisions of ERISA. In the event of a Plan termination, partial Plan termination or if the Sponsor suspends contributions indefinitely, affected participants will become fully vested in their accounts.
