Plan Termination	PLAN TERMINATION Although it has not expressed intent to do so, EFSC has the right under the Plan to discontinue its contributions at any time and to terminate the Plan, subject to the provisions of ERISA. In the event of Plan termination, participants will become 100% vested in their employer contributions. EFSC may elect to have all assets transferred to another qualified plan in which all participants who would have otherwise received a distribution will have an interest, and each participant’s interest will be non-forfeitable as to amounts attributable to assets transferred on his or her behalf.
