During the year ended December 31, 2023, the Company initially recorded $207,938 in revenue that it could not document as revenue under the guidelines of ASC 606. As a result, the Company reclassified this amount of cash received as “Other Liabilities” and the balance remains unchanged as of December 31, 2025.
