While the Company uses several financial performance measures to evaluate performance for purposes of its executive compensation program, the Company has determined that revenue is the financial performance measure that, in the Company&#x2019;s assessment, represents the most important performance measure (that is not otherwise required to be disclosed in the table) used by the Company to link compensation actually paid to the NEOs for the most recently completed fiscal year to Company performance. Revenue is a key driver of both (i)&#160;our annual cash incentive plan, which, for fiscal 2026, utilized revenue adjusted to reflect the impact, if any, of acquisitions and divestitures during the year as one of the two corporate performance measures (weighted 50%) and (ii)&#160;our long-term equity incentive compensation program in our fiscal 2026 Rule of 40 PSUs (average 3-year revenue growth&#160;percentage). Note, however, that because a significant portion of compensation actually paid is comprised of equity awards, which have multi-year vesting periods, compensation actually paid is heavily impacted by fluctuations in stock price year-over-year, as compared to revenue.&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman, Times, serif ;letter-spacing:0.2pt;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
