Related Party Transactions The Company’s former Interim Chief Executive Officer, Kevin Nystrom, is a partner and managing director of AlixPartners, LLP (“AlixPartners”), a business advisory firm that provided a number of consulting services to the Company through the third quarter of fiscal 2025. The Company’s former Interim Chief Financial Officer, David Rawden, is a director of AlixPartners. In fiscal 2026, fiscal 2025 and fiscal 2024, the Company recognized zero, $9.8 million, and $1.4 million, respectively, of expense in selling and administrative expenses for consulting services provided by AlixPartners. |
