Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Subsequent to the balance sheet date, the Company completed the acquisition of two businesses in North America. The total purchase price for these acquisitions was $683 million (including acquired debt). The initial accounting for these acquisitions is incomplete due to the proximity to the period end.
