Item 5.07

Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On June 18, 2026, Apollo Debt Solutions BDC (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s shareholders approved two proposals. The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 30, 2026. As of April 24, 2026, the record date, 606,605,129 of the Company’s common shares were eligible to vote.

Proposal 1: The Company’s shareholders elected two Class II Trustees of the Company, who will each serve a term of three years, or until their successors are duly elected and qualified, as follows:
