On June 23, 2026, Carnival Corporation Ltd. (“Carnival Corporation”) issued a press release entitled “CARNIVAL CORPORATION DELIVERS RECORD SECOND QUARTER REVENUES, NET YIELDS AND ADJUSTED NET INCOME.” A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
