Contractual Commitments The Company has entered into no contractual commitments as of April 30, 2026.
Litigation The Company was not subject to any legal proceedings during the period from September 29, 2025 (inception) to April 30, 2026, and no legal proceedings are currently pending or threatened to the best of our knowledge.
