Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 22, 2026, Fluent, Inc. (the "Company") is announcing the launch of Fluent In-Store, its in-store commerce media offering.
In-Store extends the Company's commerce media solutions to physical retail environments, activating on point-of-sale devices following payment completion to deliver identity-resolved offers with full-funnel measurement. The offering is built on a partnership with Bilt Technologies, Inc., a rewards and payments network. The initial deployment is a proof-of-concept at Beyond, Inc. retail locations targeted to launch mid-July to August 2026.
