| Commitments | COMMITMENTS The Company has entered into employment agreements with its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, each of which require minimum annual compensation. The Company also has entered into change of control agreements with its Chief Executive Officer and 34 other officers, providing for certain payments in the event of termination in connection with a change of control of the Company, as defined therein.
