NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

The New York Stock Exchange hereby notifies the SEC of its intention to remove the entire class of the stated securities from listing and registration on the Exchange at the opening of business on July 06, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of Rule 12d2-2 (a).

The merger between MFS Intermediate High Income Fund and Aberdeen Multi-Market Income Fund became effective before market open on June 22, 2026. Each Common Shares of Beneficial Interest of MFS Intermediate High Income Fund converted into 0.36109198 of a Common Share of Aberdeen Multi-Market Income Fund, without interest, less any applicable fee, and tax.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on June 22, 2026.
