SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 16 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Effective April 1, 2026, we terminated the Sunflower Agreement and did not incur an early termination penalty. The facility had no outstanding balance at the time of termination, no collateral, and the termination does not materially impact the Company’s liquidity or capital resources. As a result of the termination, the Company is no longer subject to any of the debt covenants imposed under the Sunflower Agreement.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
