| Plan Termination | Plan Termination Although it has not expressed any intention to do so, the Company reserves the right under the Plan document to terminate the Plan at any time, subject to the terms of the Plan and the applicable provisions of ERISA. In the event of Plan termination, the rights of each participant to all amounts then credited to the participant’s account will continue to be non-forfeitable.
