Cybersecurity Risk Management Processes for Assessing, Identifying, and Managing Threats [Text Block]

We are a special purpose acquisition company with no business operations. Since our IPO, our sole activity has been identifying and evaluating suitable acquisition transaction candidates. As noted in Item 1A. Risk Factors of this Form 10-K, cybersecurity attacks or other information security incidents relating to the information systems and infrastructure that we utilize, including those of third parties, could lead to corruption or misappropriation of our assets, proprietary information and sensitive or confidential data. While we have not adopted formal processes for assessing cybersecurity risk and we have no company personnel or processes of our own for this purpose, we rely upon the technology of third parties, and we depend upon the personnel and the processes of third parties to identify and protect against cybersecurity threats. Our board of directors is responsible for the oversight of risks from cybersecurity threats, and in fiscal year 2026, we did not identify any cybersecurity threats that have materially affected our business strategy, results of operations, or financial condition.
