(“Wood Mackenzie”), in the Registration Statement on Form S-1 to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by Standard Nuclear, Inc. and any amendments thereto, including the prospectus contained therein (the “Registration Statement”), including the use of our firm’s name under the heading “Experts” in the Registration Statement, and (ii) the inclusion of information relating to the nuclear industry (the “Information”) in the Registration Statement that was supplied by Wood Mackenzie and references to Wood Mackenzie as the source of such Information.
