SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 9 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events to determine events occurring after April 30, 2026 through the filing of this report that would have a material impact on the Company’s financial results or require disclosure and have determined none exist other than noted above .

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
