Unbilled Receivables
The timing of revenue recognition may differ from the timing of invoicing to customers, and these timing differences result in unbilled receivables. Unbilled receivables are recorded when there is an unconditional right to payment and
invoicing has not yet occurred. As of January 31, 2026 and April 30, 2026, unbilled receivables were $2.8 million and $3.6 million, respectively. Unbilled receivables are included in accounts receivable, net on the Company's condensed consolidated balance sheets.
Transaction Price Allocated to Remaining Performance Obligations
Transaction price allocated to remaining performance obligations represents the remaining amount of revenue the Company expects to recognize from existing non-cancelable contracts, whether billed or unbilled. As of April 30, 2026, approximately $412.9 million of revenue was expected to be recognized from remaining performance obligations for subscription contracts. The Company expects to recognize approximately $222.2 million of this amount during the twelve months following April 30, 2026, with the balance recognized thereafter. As of April 30, 2026, approximately $24.4 million of revenue was expected to be recognized from remaining performance obligations for professional services and other contracts, $17.4 million of which is expected to be recognized during the twelve months following April 30, 2026, and the balance recognized thereafter.
Geographic Information
Revenue by geographic area is determined by the billing address of the customer. The following table sets forth revenue by geographic area (in thousands):

Other than the United States, no other individual country exceeded 10% of total revenue for the three months ended April 30, 2025 and 2026. As of April 30, 2026, substantially all of the Company’s property and equipment was located in the United States.
