| Related Party Transactions | Related Party Transactions In August 2023, in connection with his retirement, we entered into a consulting agreement, as subsequently amended, with our former Chief Financial Officer, Jerrold D. Dotson, to assist in transition matters related to the employment of our new Chief Financial Officer. The agreement currently expires December 31, 2026. We incurred expenses under the agreement of $120,000 and $120,000, during the years ended March 31, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
