| EBP, Contingency | ContingenciesThe Plan accrues for a litigation-related liability when it is probable that such a liability has been incurred, and the amount of the loss can be reasonably estimated. Plan management evaluates the Plan's outstanding legal proceedings, if any, periodically to assess whether any litigation reserve is required, and makes adjustments in such reserves, upwards or downwards, as appropriate, based on Plan management's best judgment after consultation with counsel. While the outcome of litigation is inherently uncertain, Plan management believes, based upon its current knowledge, after consultation with counsel, in light of all information known to it at December 31, 2025 that there are no pending or threatened legal proceedings affecting the Plan that would require the establishment of a litigation reserve. |
