On June 15, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing positive interim efficacy and safety results from its ongoing Phase 1 clinical trial for CTIM-76, the Company’s investigational Claudin 6 x CD3 T cell engaging bispecific antibody. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference into this Item 8.01.
On June 15, 2026, the Company also hosted a conference call to discuss the interim CTIM-76 Phase 1 clinical trial data. A copy of the presentation used during the conference call is filed as Exhibit 99.3 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference into this Item 8.01.
