On June 10, 2026, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of REX American Resources Corporation approved a form of Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement (the “RSU Award Agreement”) under the REX American Resources Corporation 2026 Incentive Plan to be used for awards of restricted stock units.

 

A copy of the RSU Award Agreement is filed herewith as Exhibit 10(a) and incorporated by reference herein.
