For the thirteen weeks ended May 3, 2026, there were no anti-dilutive unvested restricted stock units. For the thirteen weeks ended May 4, 2025, unvested restricted stock units of 1,710,191 were excluded from the computation of diluted net loss per share because their effect would have been anti-dilutive. For the thirteen weeks ended May 3, 2026 and May 4, 2025, the effects of 385,285 and 495,366 stock options outstanding, respectively, were excluded from the computation of diluted net loss per share because their effect would have been anti-dilutive.
