| RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS There were no related party transactions during the fiscal years ended March 31, 2026 and 2025. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, the Company repurchased 300,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, held by a former director for total consideration of $0.3 million. The repurchased shares of common stock were recorded as treasury stock and were accounted for under the cost method. None of the repurchased shares of common stock have been retired.
