Description of Business	Description of Business Samsara Inc. (“Samsara”) and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company”) are the pioneers of the Connected Operations Platform, which is an open platform that connects the people, devices, and systems of the world’s most complex operations, allowing them to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. Samsara was incorporated in Delaware in 2015 as Samsara Networks Inc. and changed its name to Samsara Inc. in February 2021. On June 1, 2026, the Company completed its conversion from a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware to a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada. Samsara’s principal executive offices are located at 1 De Haro Street, San Francisco, California 94107.
