SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 12 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS See Note 1 regarding the Company’s May 4, 2026 reverse stock split. The Company has evaluated subsequent events from January 31, 2026 through the date these financial statements were issued and has determined that, other than the matter described above, there are no additional subsequent events requiring disclosure.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
