| Stockholder’s Equity | Stockholder’s Equity The Corporation is authorized to issue 1,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share. On October 8, 2025, 1,000 shares of common stock were issued for future cash consideration of $10 which was not received as of the date of formation. The purchase of the shares was not cash funded, therefore there is a $10 contra-equity receivable on the balance sheet.
