| Investments - Short-Term | Note 6. Investments – Short-Term The Company began to invest in U.S. Treasury Securities during fiscal year 2023. Outstanding U.S. Treasury Securities were classified as held-to-maturity and were recorded at amortized cost. There were no outstanding U.S. Treasury Securities as of April 30, 2026 or October 31, 2025, as all U.S. Treasury Securities that were outstanding during the three and six month periods ended April 30, 2025 matured prior to October 31, 2025. |
