| Income Taxes | Income Taxes During the three months ended April 30, 2026 and 2025, the Company recorded $1.0 million and $0.9 million of income tax expense, respectively. For the three months ended April 30, 2026 and 2025, the income tax expense was primarily driven by the current tax on foreign earnings. The effective tax rates for the three months ended April 30, 2026 and 2025 differed from the federal statutory tax rate primarily due to the valuation allowance on the majority of the Company’s U.S. and foreign deferred tax assets and foreign rate differences. The Company evaluates its tax positions on a quarterly basis and revises its estimates accordingly. Gross unrecognized tax benefits were $15.1 million and $13.8 million as of April 30, 2026 and January 31, 2026, respectively. The gross unrecognized tax benefits, if recognized, would not affect the effective tax rate due to the valuation allowance against the deferred tax assets. The Company determined that no accrual for interest and penalties was required as of April 30, 2026 and $0.3 million was accrued for interest as of January 31, 2026. The Company does not anticipate the total amounts of unrecognized tax benefits to significantly increase or decrease in the next twelve months. The Company files U.S. federal, various state and foreign income tax returns. The Company is currently being audited by the IRS for the tax year ended January 31, 2024. No other audits are currently in progress. All other tax years remain open to examination by taxing jurisdictions to which the Company is subject. On July 4, 2025, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act was enacted. The Company has evaluated the provisions in the Act and determined that there was an immaterial impact to the Company’s current year effective tax rate and its consolidated financial statements. |
