Vivani Medical, Inc., or Vivani, will make a presentation at the Jefferies Global Healthcare Conference in New York on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 11:05 a.m. Eastern. A copy of a slide presentation that Dr. Adam Mendelsohn, Vivani’s Chief Executive Officer intends to use during the conference is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein. Vivani is also posting to the “Investors” portion of its website a copy of the slide presentation. The slide presentation speaks only as of the date of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
