| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Stock Repurchase Program From the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2026 through May 29, 2026, Ciena repurchased 44,628 shares of its common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $25.1 million at an average price of $561.86 per share, inclusive of repurchases pending settlement under its current stock repurchase program. As of May 29, 2026, Ciena has an aggregate of $481.6 million of authorized funds remaining under this repurchase program.
