| PREPAID EXPENSES AND OTHER CURRENT ASSETS | NOTE 6 — PREPAID EXPENSES AND OTHER CURRENT ASSETS Prepaid expenses consists primarily of prepaid insurance premiums, debt issue costs, prepaid subscription fees, prepaid networking services for EV products, ERP system implementation fees, and value added tax receivable. As of March 31, 2026 and March 31, 2025, prepaid expenses totaled $1.4 million and $1.9 million, respectively. |
