| DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS | NOTE 1 — DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Orion includes Orion Energy Systems, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, and all consolidated subsidiaries. Orion provides light emitting diode lighting systems, wireless Internet of Things enabled control solutions, project engineering, energy project management design, maintenance services and turnkey electric vehicle charging stations and related installation services to commercial and industrial businesses, and federal and local governments, predominantly in North America. Orion’s corporate offices and leased primary manufacturing operations are located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Orion also leases office space in Jacksonville, Florida and Lawrence, Massachusetts. |
