| Noncontrolling Interest, Description | Noncontrolling interest represents the proportionate equity interest in a consolidated subsidiary that is not 100% owned by the Company directly or indirectly. On January 1, 2026, we acquired a controlling interest in a previously unconsolidated joint venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("KSA"), that operates and markets itself under the trade name HOV Global. Beginning in the first quarter of fiscal 2026, the results from KSA are included in our consolidated financial statements. |
