From time to time, an engineering firm owned by Tavit Najarian, a relative of Ara K. Hovnanian, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Alexander Hovnanian, our President, provides services to the Company. During the three months ended April 30, 2026 and 2025, the services provided by such engineering firm to the Company totaled $0.6 million and $0.2 million, respectively. During the six months ended April 30, 2026 and 2025, the services provided by such engineering firm to the Company totaled $0.8 million and $0.4 million, respectively. Neither the Company nor Messrs. Hovnanian have a financial interest in the relative’s company from whom the services were provided. |
