RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 5. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As of December 31, 2025, the Company had a promissory note agreement with a related party that was used to finance patent license acquisitions in 2022 and a demand loan facility arrangement with a shareholder to provide working capital (Notes 6, 7 and 8).
