GMR Solutions Inc. is organized as a holding company, operating through its various subsidiaries (collectively, “GMR” or the “Company”). GMR delivers compassionate, quality medical care, meeting a patient’s unplanned and planned care needs. GMR provides emergent, non-emergent, disaster response and event medical services across the healthcare ecosystem, serving local communities, health systems, payors, public health and local, state, and federal agencies primarily within the United States.

These unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”) for interim financial reporting. In the opinion of management, the unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements contained in this report reflect all normal recurring adjustments, which are necessary for a fair presentation of the financial position and the results of operations for the interim periods presented. The results of operations for any interim period are not necessarily indicative of results for the full year.
