| Amendment Description | EXPLANATORY NOTE This Amendment No. 1 to Form 10-K (this “Amendment”) amends the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026, originally filed on April 15, 2026 (the “Original Filing”) by AstroNova, Inc. Unless otherwise indicated, references to “AstroNova,” the “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” in this Amendment refer to AstroNova, Inc. and its consolidated subsidiaries. We are filing this Amendment to include the information required by Part III of Form 10-K as we do not anticipate filing our definitive proxy statement within 120 days of the end of our fiscal year ended January 31, 2026. Except as described above, this Amendment does not amend, update or change any other items or disclosures in the Original Filing, and accordingly, should be read in conjunction with the Original Filing. The Original Filing continues to speak as of the date of its original filing, and this Amendment does not reflect events occurring after that date or modify or update any disclosures therein.
