During the three months ended April 3, 2026 and March 31, 2025, depreciation expense for continuing operations associated with property, plant and equipment, net was approximately $1.6 million and $1.3 million, respectively, of which approximately $1.5 million and $1.2 million, respectively, were included within cost of goods sold, and $0.1 million and $0.1 million, respectively, were included in general and administrative expense. Depreciation expense the three months ended April 3, 2026 and March 31, 2025 was net of approximately $0.4 million and $0.2 million, respectively, of contra depreciation expense recognized related to government grants.
