| Employee Benefit Plans | Employee Benefit Plans We sponsor a 401(k) defined contribution plan covering all eligible U.S. employees. Contributions to the 401(k) plan are discretionary. Matching contributions under the plan were $2.7 million and $2.3 million for the three months ended April 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
