| Description of Business | Description of Business BJ’s Wholesale Club Holdings, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries (the “Company” or “BJ’s”) is a leading operator of membership warehouse clubs concentrated primarily in the eastern half of the United States. The Company provides a curated assortment focused on groceries, fresh foods, general merchandise, gasoline, and other ancillary services to deliver a differentiated shopping experience that is further enhanced by the Company's digital capabilities. As of May 2, 2026, BJ's operated 264 warehouse clubs and 205 gas stations in 22 states.
