12. DISAGGREGATION OF REVENUES AND MAJOR CUSTOMERS

 

Revenues from domestic and export sales to unaffiliated customers for the fiscal years ended February 28, 2026, and February 28, 2025, are as follows:

Revenues from domestic and export sales are attributed to global geographic regions according to the location of the customer’s primary manufacturing or operating facilities.

 

For the fiscal years ended February 28, 2026, and February 28, 2025, approximately 54% and 52%, respectively, of the Company’s sales have been attributable to contracts with customers whose products are sold to the United States government.  The remaining 46% and 48%, respectively of sales, are for non-military, scientific and industrial applications, or to distributors where we do not have end user information.

 

For the year ended February 28, 2026, sales to ConMed Linvatec accounted for approximately 33% of net sales and sales to RTX accounted for approximately 27% of net sales. No other customer accounted for more than 10% of net sales.

 

For the year ended February 28, 2025, sales to ConMed Linvatec accounted for approximately 38% of net sales and sales to RTX accounted for 31% of net sales.  No other customer accounted for more than 10% of net sales.
