Subsequent Events [Text Block]	22. Subsequent Events The Company has performed an evaluation of subsequent events through the time of filing this Annual Report on Form 10-K with the SEC, On May 15, 2026, pursuant to the terms of the Stock Exchange Agreement, Comtrafo purchased a certain real estate asset from the selling stockholders that Comtrafo was leasing and using for administrative and manufacturing operations for 37.2 million Brazilian Real in cash. Other than the above, management has determined that there are no such events to report.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
